Fingerprinting – FBI FD-258 Ink Card (Paper-Based)

We capture high-quality fingerprints on the official FBI FD-258 paper card (ink card). This is the paper-based method required by many agencies for out-of-state licensing, employment, immigration matters, or record requests.

• Rolled and flat impressions; cards checked for legibility & completeness
• We stock FD-258 cards (you may also bring agency-issued cards)
• Optional mailing assistance (we can prepare a labeled envelope for you)

Important We do not issue background checks and we do not submit cards to the FBI or any agency. We provide fingerprint capture only; you or your requesting agency submit the card (or use a channeler) according to their instructions.
